Staff Selection Commission with its head office at New Delhi is responsible for the recruitment on various posts in government sectors for every class or working group. SSC recruitment 2013-14 had already been started for the selection of employees on various posts.

Various posts of Inspectors, Junior Engineers, Tax Assistant Officers for different government sectors have a tie-up with SSC for the recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Age limit for various posts may lie between 18 to 40 years depending on the post of application and also relaxation of age is provided to various categories.
  • Educational qualification may be from 10th level to Post Graduatelevel which depends on the post of recruitment.
  • Some clauses regarding the citizenship are also added to this factor by the board of staff selection commission for some particular posts.
Application Form

Application form can be filled in two patterns:
  • Online pattern: In this first a user had to upload his/her photo and signature, then a fee of form is deposited and then the final formalities of form are done.
  • Offline Pattern: Candidate can take the form from available centres or from official site and then fill it completely with all necessary details and send it with all relevant documents / certificates to the official address by post.
Fee Payment:

Fee can be submitted in two ways:
  • Through net banking using credit / debit card
  • By printing a Challan form and submitting the fee in any branch of the bank which is in collaboration with SSC for this purpose.
Bank separately charges an extra amount for deposition of fee in both the cases.

Fee criteria for different categories are different regarding the post for which the candidate is applying.
